Endorsed, there is a tribe in the amazon who capture live tarrantulas and wrap tham in a leaf with the leg's tied together they then wear them around there waist, when they are hungry they roast the live spider by placing it in it's leaf near to the side of a fire like a packed snack, apparently it taste's like crab but not as salty.

It was a dead spider so it was really safe to stand so close
Spiders just scare the crap out of me!
