If you can share the .nif file in facegen folder for this follower.... then I can transfer her face to any other npc in game that you like, including costumed follower like vilja...

Sorry, ECE 0.9 exports character creation data in a special way, so creation kit doesn't show right values.
Have you tried ECE 0.9? I think you can google and try it. It will help you a lot.
Could you take a screen shot of the creation kit values under "character gen morphs" when you get a chance? I can't seem to make a decent looking elf-like female character
I'm interesting in it, but I'm not skilled enough in modding to make a decent follower mod yet.
I might make it someday.

She is my follower so I simply talk to her to make her say something (like "Lead the way").
I didn't use ModifyFaceGen command in the photos above. But I think, for example, "mfg phoneme 5, 50" (phoneme "Eee" 50%) and "mfg modifier 9, 80" (look left 80%) might work like the top photo.
