As some asked, it's actually pretty easy:
I froze the dragon in place with "tai" (stops NPC Movement) & "tcai" (turns off Combat AI),
then i used "tcl"(turns off collision detection) to fly up there power attacked and froze everything with "tfc 1" (toggles free camera and freezes everything).

    And here that cow thought he was bad ass for jumping over the moon. You jumped over the moon and slew a dragon on the way back down! That's some serious badassness there.

    Great image. I did that "tai" console command the other night when I took the shot of the "Dragon Up-Close and Personal" image I've uploaded. But, that was before the image and the dragon acted like a broken robot, clicking in place and drooped its head to the ground, following my every movement by swiveling its body. Pretty humorous situation. So I turned him back on with the "tai" command, waited for a good pose, then did "tfc 1" which froze him for the image.
