Generally, Raised corpse by vampire lord spell can't be commanded, they just fight when they saw an enemy and follow you again.... BUT!! after you install Nature of the beasts mod, you can fully take control of them, tell them to wait, follow or attack the target you focus on by pressing the hotkeys. you can even divide them into squad, command them to set up the camp, bring you a horse or manage their equipment.
