   Well..it's weird, Dragonborn run smooth for me, ( I only have a few mods installed )
   I would strongly suggest to Disable all mods, then go to any cell ( House is the best choice ), and wait for 31 days.
   
   Make a new slot safe ( do not overwrite )
   Exit game, load the new safe, fast travel to another location and go to any indoor again and make a new slot save again. Hope this can help. I read an article ( forgot where I read it ) waiting 31 days will reset the game, I don't really know about that, but it was worked for me once.
   
   From then, I limitted my plugin and only run a few mods xD
   If that's doesn't work, well..there is no other way I think, sorry..no idea >.<

   From the looks of it, the one thing that is taking up a lot of space is the size of that chest that she is carrying in front of her. You might need to lose a few articles of clothing to help the reduce bloating. Or either that, its that time of the month for her...just saying. Lol. XD
