   Go to meshes/actors/character/ and remove your defaultmale.hkx and defaultfemale.hkx in the characters/ and characters female/ folders. This fixed it for me.

   fixed it i add to remove defualt.male hfx or something like that its fixed now

   It's FNIS, you can even check the FNIS comments section for a fix. Quick fix will be tomorrow, full update by end of the week.

   If it's not because FNIS isn't running, you might list all the mods that you have running. Then keep enabling one mod at a time with it to see which one conflicts.

   if you mean the odd/stiff animation its could be you have an animation replacer or pose mod that isn't dragonborn compatible. From what i can gather skyrim has all it animations compiled together, replacing one necessitates replaces them all.

   Seems like an animation problem... try running FNIS if you have it, to correct it...
