@OHBUNNY - Thx! My PSD files are a massive mess of layers of trials & errors, but from what I remember:
Race: Ashen
Head Mesh: One of Ran's
Face: Blend of Cover Women (base), Univision (lips) + added tweaks
Face Normal: Blend of various stuff including vanilla wrinkles (don't really remember)
eyes: made my own
Warpaint: TairenSoul Face Tattoo Warpaint + added tweaks
Hair: Apachii + added color & highlights
Scars: XCE - Scarface blend + added tweaks
ENB = Bleak with ENB Customizer tweaks & imaginator tweaks for this pic (setting was much darker)
Blending & finish could use more polish, but it's tedious & time consuming, so for now I'm content.
