just a wip of some gallows for the "City of Scum" ( http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/885045-city-of-scum/page__st__40) mod should they choose to use it.

At present the idea would be to stick it to some rocks or a building and have some steps leading up to it. There isn't a trap door, instead the arm is longer than the platform, so people would just get a swift kick off. it's made from carts and crates, cheap and dirty.

I know the actual noose is missing but I can't find the mesh for that to save my life (any help here would be appreciated)
