I have Dimonized and thepal installed plus coverwoman.....still face color and body color dont match! =(

1) the neck seam itself isn't blended: are you using a version of the face textures that is meant to be used with those body textures? If not, is one available? If not, try this to blend it yourself.
2) the sk.dds files for face and body don't match, causing a colour difference in some lighting: does both your body and head have an sk.dds file? If so, were they made to be used together? If not (on either count), perhaps try either this or simply duplicating the body sk.dds file that comes with the dimonised UNP body and renaming the copy as femalehead_sk.dds, which will mean they are identical.
Hopefully one of those options will help.
