Except not really.
Every once in a while we stumble upon a situation in which a disembodied voice will speak to us and send us on a quest to retrieve some McGuffin or other so that we may champion their cause, whatever that may be. We usually go out of our way to do the opposite, because disembodied voices are pretty much always a bad thing.

Like that one time we stole a sword in Dragonsreach and then proceeded to lock it away in our headquarters, because frankly adventurers know just a little bit more about securing dangerous magical artifacts than some jarl and his hedgewizard who put it in their basement hidden behind some crates.

This one wanted us to kill a dog but we made him keep it instead, so he gave us a mask. I'm not really sure what to do with it. Usually we'd toss it with our other trophies in our headquarters, but it seems a bit of a shame to have it do little more than collect dust. I've thought about selling it to the khajiit, see where it ends up.
