Actually this is pretty interesting, thanks for sharing. I expected these to be fringe science sites but this seems to be a legitimate find.

I am of course open to previous sentient races on our planet or others, though it doesn't affect me yet.

I see the JPL and NASA image analysts have missed another artifact on mars, I like it anyway.

Joking aside use the Thermopaelae mod and you have narrow chasm's and redish sand that you could do something like this in game, still it must have taken forever to cut and paste the complex shape over the photo and joke's aside you just might be surprised what they do keep from the public not to be sensationalist but we are only 150000 years old as a species yet the earth is 4500000000 year's old and life has existed from chemical trace's for at least 3500000000 year's which is more than enoughe time for several sentient race's to evolve and completely dissapear, it only take's 750000000 years for the entire surface of the earth to be replaced through geological activity and rocks older were weathered out no on the surface so all fossils older than that are destroyed by geological erosion pressure and other force's, that is why we have no older fossil's not because they did not exist.

In Klerksdorp south africa metal engineered ball's with a central ridge or indentation have been found in 2.5 billion year old strata, they vary from grey metal to bronze like metal some are solid sphere's and otheres have a white sponge like content that turn's to powder on exposure to the air and they have been finding these since the 1970's, some have a dimple or indentation and most are of a uniform size, they are not tectite's that are metal globule's from impact by asteroid's as they are tear shaped and don't have these feature's.
these two web site's offer differing opinion's,

personally I think that the wiki version is denialist propoganda that make's no geological sense and my friend who works in oil extraction as a geologist in baha agree's off the record of course.
