Ghorak lends Ainethach a hand in Karthwasten, by "persuading" some Silver-Blood sellswords to vacate the premises. As usual, Ghorak settles the situation with tact and grace.

I am using Realistic Lighting with Customisation. I am also using AmdianBorn Book of Silence, which is where the awesome re-texture of the Orcish Armor comes from.
