Guess what? The original AC's Cloud are even more feminine than my own Skyrim version of him lol

Second:
Create a female character as similiar to Cloud as possible or just use showracemenu. Don't forget to set the weight to 0. if you do, use setnpcweight instead of going back to showracemenu.
Third
after that use sexchange. That'll make his body looked more "fit" with Cloud's armor mod. (note: if you want to edit him again in showracemenu or with face sculptor in Riften, sexchange him back again first or else, he'll turn into one ugly motherfcker
