Epic Battle: the TG boss vs ALL Riften's guards - and he wins!

This is due to an "anomaly" (not a bug) when townsfolks attacked an imperial messenger who got lost into this stormcloak city. The guards considered this a crime (even if they lynched the poor messenger too) and tried to bust Brynjolf for killing the imperial. Result = total mess.
I had to restart the game, but that was a funny "WTF Skyrim" moment.

    well this is more a conflict bw/ NPCs limited AI: an erratic civil war messengers + the hyper agressive AI of Skyrim's citizens (they kill dragons at sight! every thief gets lynched instantly!) + the guards stupid AI that makes them try to arrest everybody that committed a "crime" even if that crime isn't one.
    The 3 combined = "WTF Skyrim". Considering that Brynjolf isn't supposed to surrender when asked, this is what happened.

    What.. so it means this is originally suppose to happen, but quite randomly??? It looks so epic
