I checked Covereyes out and that did not seem familiar, and I'm playing as a Redguard so the elf theory does not work either unfortunatly. I'm beginning to suspect that I have Vampire Eyes Playable installed (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/26222). Thought that the look seemed really familiar to what I have in the game.
I know for a fact that those eyes are not from the Dawnguard DLC, and I'm about 60-70% sure that they're not from the Better Vampires mod either. However, I couldn't point in the direction of what mod they come from as I've never used them myself.
Edit; They kinda look like a high-res version of a set of the vanilla elf eyes, OR a set of elf eyes from the Cover Eyes mod. So, if you're playing as an elf that would explain it, other than that I still couldn't say, sorry.
Honestly I don't know. have downloaded multiple eye mods and i'm not sure wich one is in effect. Unless it's something that came with the "Better Vampires" mod. Although they mey very well be from dawnguard. sorry I cannot answer better than that.
