   it's the kingslayer's armor from this mod here: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/5588
   which is based off the witcher. The piece that resembles the hide armor is called 'kingslayer's belt' i just have some textures installed that make it look like this.

   I'm curious what the armour is, it looks like hide with a different texture but the daggers have me confused.
