At first I wanted to call it "Puss in boots" but then I was like.. eeehh she's always in boots anyways.

Well after a day in the ruins.. sure you can clean the boots.
The armor is TERA Armors Collection for Skyrim - UNP.
Chest = Gildhorn
Gloves & Boots = Elseworlder
This Kajiit race is indeed amazing! The vanilla kajiit is just too... zoomorphic
Btw, what armor mod is that?
