Wanderers Rest - A redo from the ground up

Well I had made some nice progress on my player home mod, until a couple days ago when my PC had a meltdown lol. So I am starting from scratch, but this time I am building from the basement up. I havent got much done yet, but heres a pic of the NPC sleeping quarters in the house. Its by no means done, I just laid out some basics so I knew how big the room needed to be.
