Went about testing my revised ENB settings at a higher resolution and only with the blooming effect enabled when I got a good chance for this shot, complete with foliage and bees.

Mods used: SkyRealism -- ENB Evolved (customized for my HD4670/512mb), Skyrim Flora Overhaul, W.A.T.E.R., Skyrim Distant Detail, Matso Immersive Sun, Realistic Lighting with Customization, and (I think I was using) Dramatic Clouds.
