Does anyone know what causes this

I recently went to rework my .ini files from scratch,
And now have some artifacts when in front of fires, as shown above.
These appear with or without Enb, so I assume it's a vanilla thing, just I don't know what is causing it... D:

    It's a vanilla issue, regarding specular lighting in the game engine. ENBs only accent this issue further. Don't believe anything can be done unless a mod like Realistic Lighting can fix this (which I doubt). Tweak around with an ENB, some settings lessen the issue.
