Ma'Kara
(Whiterun recently was attacked by a dragon, this is where my search will begin. The court sorcerer should have the most knowledge about the attack, and have some details about the dragon itself.)

Ma'Kara thought as she was past by the Whiterun's citizens, many with a look of disgust on their face, some with a look of awe. A Dagi-Raht Khajiit is a race few outside of the deepest jungles of Elsweyr have ever seen. Ma'Kara ignored them all until reaching the Bannered Mare, she figured a room and a warm meal would serve her best before meeting with the court's sorcerer.
