   they are rigged to the shoulder, but I did not use any bones lower than that as it would have made the wings bend in weird ways
   but if you look at the 2 pictures, you can see that when he's moving his wings spread out and at idle he keeps them down at his side

   Are those wings animated in any way? Like rigged to at least some of the hand bones so those wouldn't just be static?
