   I actually had this very bug, I'm not 100% sure what the problem is, but it seems to be with the eye mesh/texture.

   Just a note, the last image was what happened when I completely removed every single mod esp file I had.
   
   The only way I was able to get rid of it was changing my characters eye colour.
   
   NOTE: I'm using the Kaleen Race mod, and I found out that it was only the specific eye colour I had on was the problem, all of the other eyes gave me no issue. I went into the Creation Kit and added the Kaleen Race to the FemaleHumanEye Form List so I had a wider selection of eyes. I haven't had the problem since I changed the colour.

   Have a look at this
   
   - In third person, open the console and enter "player.addspell 000f71d1"
   - Close the console and notice a slight darkening around your character
   - Open the console again and enter "player.removespell 000f71d1"
   - Close the console and your eyes should stop glowing.
   
   Maybe it's the same issue and this can help.

   I think I've once read something about it... try to google for "glowing eyes bug Skyrim" or something similar,... I hope they found a solution in the meantime! Good luck!

   Draugrs have such glowing eyes... maybe my Liara is becoming one? OH NO!
