   How to fix this:
   
   - In third person, open the console and enter "player.addspell 000f71d1"
   
   - Close the console and notice a slight darkening around your character
   
   - Open the console again and enter "player.removespell 000f71d1"
   
   - Close the console and your eyes should stop glowing.
   
   Has happened to me too, had to repeat this process a couple of times before it worked.

   using the prepass from "Jump Start" ?
   
   You tried switching ENB off totally via shift + F12 ? Still here ?

   As I thought, ENB does not cause this to happen - neither .119 nor .120

   Never seen it like this either.
   
   @Kyo: He has another shot up where he mentions it being present even if EnB is turned off.

   .119 but seems it doesn't matter. Will try with .120
