    Hmm well I think the only mod I have that affects Imperial males is Regn's HQ Eyebrows, and maybe and texture mod for eyes that I can't remember. A lot of it is tweaking. This is the fourth or fifth reincarnation of Cato; it's taken me a really long time to find a look that works for him, and I'm still not entirely happy with it. You can try the Ethereal Elven Overhaul, that'll give you a lot to work with. Also the Inhabitants of Skyrim mod by Rops1981 is fantastic for a basic palette to base your character off of.
