Miria will follow you around and assist/heal you without being an actual follower. If you make her your follower, she will not be able to heal you. Make her your follower if you want her to wait somewhere or equip her. Dismissing her will make her follow you again without being a follower so that heal spells will work again. This is due to me following the example set by gilgoon and his SooJi ranger companion mod. Apparently the heal spell will not work on you if she is set as a follower (I used gilgoon's example because I could easily duplicate it in the CK; a follower like Cerwiden is much too complex for an amateur modder like myself). Adding her will also make your team near unstoppable as she will group heal everyone following you. As such, she will be available for download by herself only.
