   Now that you say it, Gibson, it certainly looks like an invisible arm! But that is the effect of the shape of the armour XD Look here: http://static.skyrim.nexusmods.com/images/259193-1348933849.jpg
   You can see that the shape of those metallic protections and how the arm is actually closer to the body
