Helgen, we have a problem

I don't know why, but a dragon I was fighting with suddenly crashlanded, leaving behind a rather glorious landing trail. I fought it for a good minute or two on the ground after it had landed. Could've been just me but the dragon seemed extra pissed about the landing ordeal. When it started its descent, I hadn't hit it with an arrow or anything. It just... it's as if it lost consciousness midflight, there was a second of silence while gravity was doing its job on the dragon's body and then loud FOOOMMM as the dragon hit the ground and its body dragged along all that distance. You can see the dragon's skeletal remains in the picture. Dust was everywhere. Do dragons suffer from narcolepsy? I guess it's possible something/someone else nearby shot it. I'm using the Deadly Dragons mod, not sure if that's the reason, but I've never seen a dragon do a landing like that. Fairly epic and jawdropping moment. Very unexpected.
