The Nibenese are described in the PGE 1st Edition as being an eccentric people who "relish in garish costumes, bizarre tapestries, tattoos, brandings, and elaborate ceremony." Oblivion already kind of missed the mark on that one, but Skyrim, which paid much closer attention to established lore in its development, seemed on track to fix that. Imagine my disappointment, then, when Dexion Evicus, a Nibenese Moth Priest, wore plain monk robes with the saturation turned down. This mod aims to fix that. Currently working on body tattoos for the robe, and the final version will give him face paint as well.
