i didn't know you could change the sex of npcs through clicking and using the console command, i knew you could change yourself, but not others without the CK.
i'm sure other knew this tho.

1: showracemenu (you can change everythings, but warning to use. Sometimes you can lost some skills...)
2: if you need change only the sex, write "sexchange"
I don'tknow bugs or other things, because personally use only female characters or cat
