Thx to everyone for the previous feedback and yes i wanted her expression to be noticed with a deep inside feeling of sadness as midhras noted very well she can smile also ;) and that it worked out so well (melancholic,sad, deep inside sorrow, about to cry also the scars in that cry context) makes me really confident about the direction im moving to from the beginning and that i didn't lost track on it through all the iterations :)
i gonna take all the feedback carefully into account (lips and brows issue, though lips and brows are complex in the overall facial expression context and every change needs to be done carefully) on the further progress on the Race so here is a quick iterative appearance change (Stronger appearance, underlined by Warpaint,freckled) as requested including Skin color lighting appearance no fixes yet and no lip tintmask and different lips :)
zzjay your comment made me rofl for a second i was imagining she standing on the racetrack in the crowed and experiencing that ;) also i would really like to thank everyone about the barbie comments and that no one of you had the impression that she is that but more a full fledged character with her own personality.
PS: i didn't made her without reason facing in the direction of the sad previous one i made this so you can put them infront of each other (nose to nose and see the difference)

I really like the overall Render result of this Light + Face
