Reworked Aetherial Arquebus

In the original Aethernautics by Trainwiz, I felt the rifles were a bit too long and they overlapped my crosshair, making it difficult to aim. I've never modded before so once I figured out how to move things around I just decided to go all out and redesign the rifles as well. Only this and Magmatic are redesigned so far, all others have barrels adjusted back. I'll be trying to make a plugin with these to go with Aethernautics, as well as with reduced gunfire noise and tweaked damage options (boosts from DD, SkyRe, other mods just made the rifles wayyyy to OP for my liking)
