   If this is Morrowind-ish, It ominously brings to mind 'The Red Year', the year that Morrowind died when Dagoth Ur (Red Mountain) exploded. The sky would look something like this for a while after that massive and horrific cataclysm.
   Foreboding as it may be, this is nonetheless a very nicely detailed scene, with an almost Mars-like sky.
   Do you use something like this: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/85, by any chance? It certainly looks like it!
