Just a little photoshop background I quickly threw together. Rendered text (Font: Planewalker) with sun in the background, metallic and sun patterns w/ a left and right wind blast and some overall image brightening. Message me if you would like the original PSD for your own modifications.

    Honestly it could have done with a heat effect (you know that gas-like effect you see from a far off distance, like in the movies when the sun is burning down on the earth and you see a car coming from a far, the lens of the camera also captures the sizzling of the sun on the tarmac), I could not however find any patterns or brushes that accomplish that.
