   It's a pretty easy fix. Too bad it seems to need to be done constantly.
   
   Go into the CK. Load the mod that has this character. Find it in the object window (if its part of an active plugin it should have an asterisk next to it). Highlight it and press control + F4. This will generate face data for the NPC that will save itself in your Data folder. Then when you reload she should look normal again.
   
   Edit: I just saw your other post, saying you don't have the CK. Other then that I don't know of another way to do it.
