A quaint little town

I came upon a small town after escaping a town under attack from a dragon. I did no involve myself in that fight, it has nothing to do with me. Plus, what could I have done against a dragon? Dieing in this strange new world was not on my bucket list. I liked living and frankly this world was much more fascinating than the one I came from. Everything was so green and alive and felt more like home than mine ever did.

The trail brought me here which from what I heard was called Riverwood. From the smell alone I knew this village dealt mostly with logging though I heard a blacksmith's hammer off in the distance. This quaint town should give me information about the land I now found myself in. i had no idea what cities littered the land, or even how it looked like. A map was a priory at this point. I didn't want to get lost or wander into a dangerous situation. Hopefully someone here had the information I needed Either that or they would point me to someone who would. Plus, this was an excellent time to stock up on traveling supplies and perhaps a warm bed to sleep in.

Yes, this was an excellent first stop.
