   Well it just took some console work and pupateers mod
   
   To do this type in
   
   Tcai (stops combat ai)
   
   Then tai (stops ai)
   
   Theeeen do a killstreak and type in tcl in the console, freezes the body in mid death, you can do this during killcam too
   
   Then use pupateers and to different attacks with it and type tfc 1 to freecam and pause the world...and there you go
