I always thought that a Dragonborn should be someone uniqe, weird to others, missunderstood, special. Not just a Nord. CUSTOM NORD :D
And if this doesn't get me some Endorsments, than tell me what I'm doing wrong :D

and yes certainly, I fully agree with you, the dragonborn certainly is/should be a very special person and unique looking character, that's part of the fun!
Guess that's one of the many reasons of the custom races
