That is looking really nice and quite realistic. I spent some time walking around in rain drenched areas recently, doing some research for the mod, to get an idea on the feeling and EVERYTHING felt and looked grey to me. Also there was this distant fog (the rain was just a drizzle) that looks really similar here.
Something I noticed that RL does differently over other lighting mods and even vanilla is a de-saturation of all the plant life and trees and a distinct lowering of brightness during the day - it just changes the mood drastically. I noticed that with other mods for some reason the ground is very dark and all the plant life is almost glowingly bright.
This is a change in ambient lighting I made for 3.4a - which of course is already done for 4.0's current esp and looks wonderful with your current changes from this screenshot.
