I was wandering around when i came upon a small pond, and this horse was chillin drinkin some water...i don't know if its the cause of a mod i have installed or if Bethesda added it.

    I don't have WATER nor any Texture mod and I'm riding Bubble, he can be found next to the exit of Darkwater Pass.

    It's something of an easter egg from the mod WATER and its predecessor Realistic Water Textures and Terrain. Though I'm pretty sure it was removed a while back and shouldn't be present in more recent versions of the mod.
