Indeed, it's a mod replacing Odahviing with an original creation. He's very different, not only because of the feathers; the mouth is really odd when is closed - it seems like he has a giant tongue (!) and sometimes he looks more like a giant bird than a dragon.
Eheh I was trying to take new pics on the Throat of the World with a character when the night descended and I saw Odahviing flying by. Ended up taking pics of him!
