I don't like social networks, I don't use them and never will. Mods are now something secundary and you know what, user, supporter or premium member, your opinion is shit, your complaints won't be heard and the site will stay like it is right now.

I'm sorry, I'm only speaking my mind and that's how I feel it. I don't like the "new features" and don't like how it's being handled either.

    I've never really used the first page, so nothing really changed for me. But if they don't fix the "My content" tracker, I might come back and pay proper respects to this image.

    @UnrealWarfare I totally agree with your comment, in fact my image is troll bullshit I admit it. It is an example of the kind of bullshit that this situation could bring if not handled properly. I don't want that for Nexus.

    Only wanted to say "hey man, we are here, listen please!"

    Idea from UW is really good, to choose between old style look and new one. Plus, latest files are really the most interesting to my eyes.
    And I'm sharing LS and Kapten opinion about the front page as well. Images catch the eye first.

    I'm not into social networking either, but I don't need to be part of it here. Yeah, it sucks, everyone can see what I'll be doing from now on - but I won't complain about it, just because I know it won't get anywhere.

    So, really, although I agree with you, I'd rather not give it much thought. The site's not looking terribly bad, IMO (only the frong page that's awfully blank)...

    This is a matter of tastes, and tastes can differ instantly. I am seriously hoping this is not a final version of the layout, but there are some things about it that look cool.

    EDIT: Oh, and I would LOVE to have my "About Me" page as the first thing being shown in my profile page again.

    what I don't like with this new layout is that my front page is totally empty...
    And what I am interested in are in a small bar to the right.

    I mean it is so much unused space. Would be better if we had the old front page with a button somewhere so you could get this new fronpage from there, so people who want to use it go in there and people who don't will still have a active fronpage.

    (this is just my opinion, thought..)

    It shouldn't matter if you are premium, supporter, or user, everyone's opinion should be equal.

    I'm not sure this is the most constructive manner to approach this subject. You certainly have valid points but this is something that should be brought up within the entire community on the forum for discussion rather than in the image section where it will get quickly drowned out.

    For the record I think new files should be the first thing everyone sees. Maybe an option to choose between new and old style would be nice too.

    Yep it's only a way of getting attention, an old shameless trick, only wanna make you think that it's important the way you handle this, it is a situation that could blow on your face. I'll keep on using Nexus whatever you do but listen to what people says and make them feel that you're hearing them, make everything in your hand to convince us that the new features are going to improve the experience.

    I too understand, but just give it some time to get used to it. While it does look like new mods don't get as much exposure as they used to, I really love the new tracking feed - it makes it really easy to see what's going on with the mods I'M interested in.

    Well, maybe the image is a little too much (despite the obvious graphics quality !), but I understand the opinion based on the fear about seeing this site turning another way...
    I'm really not fond of social network functionnalities as well...
    Anyway, like said Maddo3, if it's just a layout thing, so be it.
