Mystics of the Arcane: Those that seek to alter reality; the Wizard, Mentalist, Visionary and Distorter, use Spectral Missiles, Phantom Strike, Nether Blast, Mind Pest and Arcane Cloak to bend the very fabric of this world.
Those that have already succumbed to the manipulations of the mind will feel the full force of the Spectral Missiles. Made of the same unworldly substance, those summoned will perish. Amongst the chaos of the weak willed, spectral explosions have been seen for miles around.
Spectral Missiles Launches 3 missiles, dealing x magic damage to the target. Destruction - Adept
Counterspell Each missile has a chance to interrupt target's spellcasting Spectral Blast Each missile has a chance to explode on impact, causing magic damage to all targets in the vicinity Fickleness When missile hits the target, there is a chance for one of the following: 20 additional fire damage 20 additional frost damage 30 additional poison damage over 3 sec Domination Each missile has a chance to instantly kill hostile summoned creatures Spectral Touch Each missile has a chance to decrease target's magic resistance by 25% for 10 sec Master Mind Each missile restores 5% of your base magicka if the target is feared, frenzied, or pacified Spectral Barrage Each missile has a chance to launch an additional missile
Phantom Strike Bends the very fabric of time, instantly dealing x magic damage to the target Destruction - Apprentice
Distort Reality Imbues the target of the target with Nether energy, increasing attack damage and spell power by 20% for 10 sec Time Warp Puts the target to out-of-time state, rendering them immobile for 20 sec. Any damage will interrupt the effect Mirror Image Summons a mirror image of the target from the Nether that will attack the target for 10 sec Temporal Rift If you cast Phantom Strike on target affected by Time Warp, you gain Temporal Rift effect, increasing your movement speed by 33% for 15 sec Backstab Phantom Strike always deals double damage if you cast it from behind the target. Doesn't stack with Vicious Strike. Vicious Strike Phantom Strike deals 5 times as much damage if the caster is not detected by the target Phantasm If you kill the target with Phantom Strike, turns you invisible and forces all enemies near the target to flee in fear for 10 sec
Nether Blast A burst of mystical energy that deals x magic damage to all targets near the caster Destruction - Adept
Power Increases Nether Blast damage by 50% Onslaught If Nether Blast hits two targets or more, all targets in the vicinity become frenzied for 20 sec Mind Trick If Nether Blast hits more than 2 targets at once, slows the time and turns you invisible for 30 sec Wither Nether Blast also burns magicka Arcane Bomb Sets an Arcane Bomb at the target location. Bomb will explode in 5 sec, causing magic damage to all targets in the vicinity Psionic Burn Nether Blast applies Psionic Burn effect to the target for 10 sec. While this effect is active, the target receives additional magic damage while being attacked Nether Vortex If Nether Blast hits more than 3 targets at once, creates a nether vortex at your position. For 20 sec afterwards, all affected targets that are trying to leave the vortex, will be pulled back to its center
Arcane Cloak Envelops the caster with arcane energy for x sec. When you get hit by a spell, launches a spectral missile at the attacker. Alteration - Apprentice
Arcane Trance Launches an additional missile Premonition While Arcane Cloak is active, gives a chance to dodge enemy attack Temporal Distortion While Arcane Cloak is active, reduces shouts recovery time by 20% Arcane Power While Arcane Cloak is active, increases your spell damage by 15% Inversion Arcane Cloak also launches a missile if you get hit by melee or ranged attack Tenacity While Arcane Cloak is active, reduces falling damage by 80% Nether Twist Allows to fire different spells when you get hit. The spell will be chosen according to the mastery that you have progressed the most in. Available spells are Frost Blast, Conflagrate, Seed of Life, Death Coil, Spear of Light and Thunderstrike.
Mind Pest Infects the target with mental pest for 15 seconds. Each time the target cast spells, mental pest burns up to 20 magicka and deals damage equal to burned magicka amount. Illusion - Adept
Headache Has a chance to stagger the target on spellcasting Magebane Each time the target casts spells, mental pest decreases target's armor by 300 for 10 sec Nightmare Each time the target casts spells, mental pest has a chance to force the target to flee in fear for 10 sec Prismatic Cloak Each time the target casts fire, frost or shock spells, increases your resistance to respective magic school by 33% for 10 sec Numb When Mind Pest ends, deals damage equal to total amount of magicka burned Mindflay If target's magicka is at or below 20%, mental pest deals magic damage each second for its duration Brain Drain Each time mental pest burns magicka from the target, restores the same amount of magicka to the caster
Arcane Weapon Summons an arcane weapon for x sec. For 10 sec afterwards, summons different weapon type upon recast. Conjuration - Apprentice
Arcane Flow Increases Arcane Weapon damage by an additional 25%. Stacks with Mystic Binding perk Phasing Blade Each attack has a chance to knockdown the target Elemental Overload Deals additional fire, frost or shock damage on each hit Devouring Strike Arcane Weapon drains health from the target on each hit Flurry Each attack has a chance to increase your attack speed by 50% for 10 sec Evolving Weapon Increases Arcane Weapon damage by 5% per each 10 points in Conjuration skill tree Nether Blade Each attack has a chance to summon a nether blade that will attack your foes for 10 sec
