To update from TPFollowers to TPFollowers-Elven / Human :
1. Simply uninstall TPFollowers Common Files.
2. Download and install new TPFollowers-Elven Common Files.
3. Download and install new TPFollowers-Human Common Files.
Why? :
1. The total size of the mod itself was discouraging enough for many downloaders and few wanted some followers only and didnt wanted to download the whole package.
2. Recently i took a poll on the most used followers from TPFollowers pack which revealed some interesting things. Dorcey, Sharza, Valora were least used followers among them. So this means i had to go back to drawing board.
Whats new :
- Most of the elven textures are replaced by their uncompressed versions.
- CBBE, CBBE TBBP HDT, UNP TBBP HDT meshes updated.
Alayna
+ Added skill points in Block.
+ Added perks Shield Wall R1, Deadly Bash, Deflect Arrows, Elemental Protection, Block Runner.
! Changes in combat style.
- Removed skill points and perks from Illusion.
Note : This is to encourage hybrid sustained warrior doing elemental damage from cloak spells.
Bianca
Bianca is now a vampire.
+ Added vampiric drain spells, unarmed damage boost.
+ Added perk silence due to vampirism.
! Shifted skill points from Illusion to One-Handed.
! Changes in combat style.
! Fixed an unusual behavior of her recasting summon spells even if she already has a summoned creature.
! Location changed from Kynesgrove - Braidwood Inn to Morthal - Moorside Inn.
- Removed perk Twin Souls.
Note : A perfect candidate for vampirism and also to maintain some diversity in the followers.
Dorcey
Dorcey is no longer a vampire
+ Added perks Mage Armor R1, Mage Armor R2, Respite, Regeneration.
+ Added novice spell Healing.
! All the ice spells and perks are replaced by shock spells and perks.
! Changes in combat style.
! Location changed from Morthal - Moorside Inn to Kynesgrove - Braidwood Inn.
- Removed perk Vampire Reflexes.
Note : Orignally i gave vampirism to Dorcey because it was fitting her nightblade style. However, the disadvantages outweighed the advantages. Furthermore her damage was a bit low despite having relevant perks. So now due to shock spells, her spell range is high and damage is optimal. Also her hair color, eye color, skin color all are similar to shock sooo ya lol.
Irintha
+ Added perk Silence due to vampirism.
! All the shock spells and perks are replaced by ice spells and perks.
! Fixed an unusual behavior of her recasting reanimate spells even if she has a reanimated zombie.
Note : Irintha was overpowered with shock spells. Shock element itself has the highest range in the game. Now add Impact perk stagger and most of the enemies were dieing before they even reach. So to fix this, i changed her element type. Hair color is white as well so ice was perfectly suited for her ! No seriously, now her job is to prevent enemies from coming closer to her and to allow her zombies to do more damage via slowing them and to take less damage by draining stamina.
Mildred
+ Added perks Mage Armor R1, Mage Armor R2, Respite, Regeneration, Ranger, Quick Shot, Power Shot.
+ Added novice healing spell Healing.
- Removed perks Destruction Dual Casting, Impact, Recovery R1, Recovery R2.
Note : Mildred character is interesting. She is suppose to be a hybrid dual-wielder and hybrid archer. She is best used as a high dps character with dual-wield / crossbow + destruction cloak spells. Kind of a witch / demon hunter.
Sharza
+ Added perks Disarming Bash, Berserk (-25% incoming damage, +25% attack damage at all times).
Note : Sharza is suppose to be tanky character doing sustained damage. So Disarming Bash will make a her true warrior. Berserk perk will make her more about sustained damage.
Valora
+ Added perks Disarming Bash, War Cry (+25% 1H damage, +50% 2H damage at all times).
Note : Valora is suppose to be an agile damaging character and her damage was simply too low for it. Disarming Bash will make a true agile warrior and War Cry will make her a true 2H damager.
Zaleria
+ Added perk Recovery R1.
