Requiem has a set difficulty. The enemies are all at a set level range and have perks and pretty much anything the player can have. My character is level 28 in the Dwarven armor and 30 in the ebony. Defense is 500+ in Dwarven and 802 in Ebony. I role play this character to use mace and shield and she never sneaks.
