There say that there is no fury like a woman scorned, but one, a man interrupted!
The Dragonborn was in the middle of his daily ritual (induced by a lot of fiber and exercise!) when there was a loud roar, the earth shock and the door to the privy blew off! the Twins both ran up to assist in what they believed was going to be the slaughter of the offending dragon but they were stunned when the Dragonborn just stood there motionless with a fierce glare, until the dragon noting the atmospheric temperature had dropped significantly landed and slowly craned his head to the entrance of the privy and abashedly spoke. "Ah... Dovakiin, my humble apologies, I didn't realise you were ah... indisposed!" The Dragonborn not moving a muscle still managed to convey a sense of awareness of the Dragons words. "Umm... let's say I shall return after a brief interval to resume our dialogue?" the Blood Dragon continued, at which to the amazement of the Twins, the Dragonborn slightly nodded. Immediately the dragon with an undisguised sigh of relief took off into the skies as the Dragonborn, his dignity intact, returned to his daily ritual inside the privy. The Twins looked at each other in disbelief and shook their heads, "Must be a Man thing" the Elder Twin said to her sister, "we will never understand it!" she concluded as they walked off together bemused.

He should of given the dragon a good smack across the nose with his rolled up newspaper.
I think the twins got it right, it is a bloke thing, a sacred thing, and they will never understand.
Privy time is "Me" time and should never be disturbed.
