   Don't forget to export her head mesh from the Creation Kit to fix her face discoloration!
   Find her in the actors tab and press CTRL + F4 to export. You'll find her head mesh under
   Meshes\Actors\Character\FaceGenData\FaceGeom\YourFollowerName.esp

      Hmm, well something didn't work because she clearly still has the face discoloration bug or 'grey-face' bug.
