On several occasions it has occurred where various natural enemies happened to be in close proximity to each other, but instead of engaging in conflict, they all united temporary to fight against a marauding dragon! Of course once the dragon was defeated, the conflict resumed! ;)

I really miss those dragons I can't go back to so much crashing though!

  I understand! I still have issues that take a lot of effort to fix but so far, the twins are still with me! When that finally stops I think it will be the end of my continued participation in this venue! (I couldn't take take it).

Have seen it a few times myself, only to have the victor turn on me when the battle is over.
After the damage they took in the battle it is usually easier to kill them.

  Smart strategy! Next time I should just let them fight it out first and then pick off the survivors! (instead of rushing in to kill the dragon before anyone else can reach them! Like it was a contest or something! )

The most epic battles always happen between dragons and giants. usually I stay and watch.
Let's say that in certain cases it would be more realistic if the behavior in front of the dragons was the escape.

  I've only seen that one time and besides my company and bandits being involved also, there was a giant mud crab attacking the dragon as well!
