It's an island off of the coast of Dawnstar. It was a barren old place, but after much time spent, it's now a lovely retreat. The Mansion uses parts of other player homes put together and then other bits added. The walls for the foundations are mansion walls turned upside down to get the right part in the right place.
Plants and trees placed either from console or cloned from ones I've seen on my travels. And the pool uses cloned lake water resized to fit.

Do you want to have a guess? It looks very, very different to the normal game and location.
Which location is this? I thought it's the Sunrise Mansion from DJREDRAD..
