  It requires Realistic Water Two, and is based on the RWT watercolour mod.
  
  It also looks kind if weird without ENB. Still clear-ish, though! Can see the fishies. They're just swimming in grey stuff.
  
  Currently awaiting word from the RWTWC mod to get back to me about if I'm actually allowed to release it to the public. If I can, well, then I hope people like it.

  The author didn't post anything about permissions, anywhere. To be safe, and to show respect as the mod is based on theirs, I thought I had best ask beforehand. =)
